Prayer is about having a personal relationship with God, meeting the King on a daily basis. God wants to be a part of your life. He knew about your pain before it occurred, and He knows when it will end. Take God at His word and hold on to His promises. Your life will never be the same.
God has provided everything we need to walk through our journey with success. This journey through life is not about having sunshine every day; if we do not experience the difficult things in life, we will not learn how to appreciate the good and bad. When we are in a storm, we must learn how to ask God, "Why am I in this storm, and what is it that You want me to learn from it?"
A spiritual storm is a trial, tragedy, or misfortune. The storms have a purpose in our lives, and when you stay on board, God will reveal the purpose at His timing. Storms can either make us or break us, depending on how we respond. Storms are considered a training process for God's children. He uses the storms to shape us into who He wants us to be.
